- Alcohol.
- Camphor.
- Glycerin.

- Hamamelis Virginiana leaf extract (Witch hazel).
- Aesculus Hippocastanu seed extract (Horse chestnut).
- Mentha Piperita oil (Peppermint).
- Rosmarinus Officinalis leaf oil (Rosemary).
- Xanthan gum.
- Citric acid.
How to use
Gently rub a small quantity onto your skin around the muscle or joint. Let it rest and feel the cold, heat, and cold. Repeat as needed.
